Minimum Stay
The Double H Ranch Lodge requires a minimum stay of three (3) nights. Additional nights may be added to your reservation at a rate of $500 per night.
Lodge Capacity
The lodge can comfortably accommodate up to 12 adults. At this time, Double H Ranch does not have established rates or accommodations for children. Please contact management prior to booking with any question regarding a particular group configuration.
Property Directions & Arrival Information
For the security of our guests and property, detailed instructions for reaching Double H Ranch, including receiving Ranch-provided transportation to the Lodge, will be provided via email after your booking has been completed completed and confirmed. Please be sure to provide a valid, correct email address when making your reservation, and monitor your inbox for your arrival information.
Cancellations & Date Changes
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. We understand that plans can change however, and guests may request to move their reservation to a different date.
To request a change to your reservation, simply contact management at info@doublehranchtx.com. **Date changes are subject to availability and must be arranged direction be arranged directly with management.**
